Today I used
TodaysMeet in class. TodaysMeet is basically a free service that allows you to set up a chatroom. We were watching a documentary on Jamestown, which I found at
SnagFilms, and I used the chatroom to discuss the movie while it was playing. The kids LOVED it!! The next time I do it, I am going to create a
Jing of it and post it on here. The kids actually watched the movie and were engaged, even the students who didn't really participate in the chat, they were still engaged. Awesome resource!!!
